Ladies and Gentleman, the cold war is over.
Barton Football, the top football academy in the Northwest, and Ford Sports, the top travelling 7-on-7 and sports performance facility in the Northwest, are combining forces for upcoming 7-on-7 events.
Saturday, August 13th, they will be hosting a 7-on-7 tryout at Robinswood Park in Bellevue, Washington. This event will be for a 5/6th grade team, 7th/8th grade team, as well as a few high school teams.
The top players need the top coaches, and combing forces brings together two tremendous groups of coaches, including the Northwest’s best WR coach Mike Bush.
Last year FSP finished top ten in the nation and are the only Northwest team to win a nationally recognized event (L.A. IMG), and nobody has been playing 7-on-7 in the PNW as long as BFA. With the combination of these two brands and staffs, it looks like 2017 could be a banner year with even more trophies to be shown for it.
Not only will athletes be playing with and against the best talent this region has to offer, they will also be given superior media coverage. Dirk Knudsen (Northwest Prep Report) and Ryland Spencer (Northwest Elite Index) will work together to get more info and coverage out than almost anyone in the country.
