It is that time of the year again. The days are getting longer, the weather is getting nicer, and the Barton Football Academy is beginning to host bigger events, with a focus towards recruiting.
This weekend the fourth annual Barton Football Camp/Combine tour will kickoff with stops in Bothell (Cedar Park Christian) and Bellingham (Civic Stadium). In previous years, BFA has made four stops in the Evergreen State, but these are currently the only two stops in Washington on the tour, and might be your only opportunity to get the numbers you need.

Athletes will be tested in the 40 yard dash (laser and hand time), pro shuttle (5-10-5) and the vertical jump. This is the combine portion of the event, with the results being send to colleges across the country.
Following testing, athletes will then be separated by position and put through EDD (Every Day Drills) specific to their position. Athletes will then be put through group positional work, followed by one on ones, and time permitting, some 7-on-7 work.
These events are designed to get accurate testing numbers, while also providing athletes with a chance to prove their skills in front of media and the BFA coaches.
