Peyton Pelleur

Over the weekend, Skyline (Sammamish, Wa.) LB Peyton Pelluer took in Washington State’s Junior Day festivities and on Monday received some good news when Cougar head coach Mike Leach decided to extend him an offer.
Pelluer, whose father Scott played for Washington State, already had an offer from Colorado as well as Wyoming.
Pelluer is a tackling machine, responsible for nearly 300 tackles in his first two years of varsity football and helped lead the Spartans to the 4A State Championship this past season by posting 153 stops from his middle linebacker spot.
When you watch him play, Pelluer shows great anticipation and diagnosing skills and he uses his hands well and takes on blockers, rather than running around them.
Pelluer has taken part in several Barton Camps including the Elite (invite only) Camp that took place two weeks ago at Garfield High School. There he displayed the skills and intensity necessary to be included in the elite prospects within the state of Washington.
